Little Ninjas Program!

(This includes our "Parent and Me" class)

Class requirements:

• This class is designed for the littlest of our ninjas aged 3-4 years old (Parent and Me Ages 3-5)
• Students must be fully toilet trained to participate
• Adult must stay during class time and must be available to participate as needed for specific parent coaching drills
• Participation in these drills earns a “Very Involved Parent” patch for their student’s uniform

Class description:

• This class will focus on developing focus, respect, confidence and listening skills
• This class will meet for 30 minutes twice a week (1 “A” class and 1 “B” class)

Students will learn:

• Basic stances, blocks and strikes
• How to exercise properly (push-ups / planks, sit-ups / crunches, jumping jacks, squats, etc)
• Grip releases
• Stranger safety techniques
• Social skills based on real-life scenarios for a pre-schooler
• Drills to practice all of the above skills

Little Ninjas Student Creed:
